Google and Apple may fight in public, but I suspect in the background that they are as great a partners as Brigham and MGH. \u00a0In any case, I’ve been getting a lot of questions on how to sync Google calendars onto iPads. \u00a0So rather than put out the fires as they come in, I figured I would be proactive.<\/p>\n

Note: \u00a0If you have already set up your Gmail account as an Exchange Account, skip to step 2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Step 1: \u00a0Set up your Google Account as an Exchange Account on your iOS device.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Add<\/p>\n

Go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, and Calendar. \u00a0Tap “Add Account…”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

In the dialog that pops up, select “Exchange”.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Type in your Google Account information, using “m.google.com” as the domain.<\/p>\n

Step 2: \u00a0Select Sync Options<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

At bare minimum, you need to select Calendar Sync.<\/p>\n

Step 3: \u00a0Head over to m.google.com\/sync on your iPad<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Click iPad. Then select the calendars you would like to sync. \u00a0You can sync up to 25 calendars onto your iPad.<\/p>\n

Step 4: \u00a0Open Calendar on the iPad. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
